register now for exciting Summer STEM programs!

April 7, 2016

What are you doing this summer? When school lets out on June 28, the NYCDOE is offering a ton of great STEM and Science summer enrichment programs for students of all ages. But you have to apply by Tuesday April 19. (“STEM” stands for Science STEM SummerTechnology Engineering and Math).

There are programs are offered around the city — at the Prospect Park Zoo, the Bronx Zoo, The New York Aquarium, the Queens Botanical Garden, the Staten Island Zoo — and at the NYCDOE Environmental Study Center on Avenue T near Kings Plaza.

Choices include morning-only sessions for smaller scientists, and for older children, full-day programs (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

There’s only a $20 per camper registration fee that covers all costs.

Click on the poster at right to download a flyer or go online to look at the choices and to register now.
