I agree. The Internet is a powerful tool for reaching people outside the building, starting with the parents of our students. Supporting the skills necessary to interact with PS 124 students on this website would also give them the ability to communicate with government through sites like Change.gov.

I am proud of the work our school has done in this area. I know that there is more work for us to do. We need to find ways to support some of our families who do not have access to technology and lack the skills to support and monitor their children’s use of technology outside of school.
